Team Tournament Host Request For

We are currently setting up dates for area teams to host their own invitational tournament at South Side Ball Park @ Davis Field.

If your team is interested in hosting your own tournament as a team fundraiser fill out the form below.

We ask each team to consider what month they would like to hold their event.  Please indicate your first choice and your second choice if your first choice is not available. We will do our best to make it work for you.
